Many people, such as Buddhists and Hindus believe in reincarnation. It is part of their religion and their way of life. Maintain a Diary or Journal of Experiences
The way to successfully discover facts about your past lives is to write down your experiences in some kind of a journal. Describe in words things that take place and that happen, even when you think they are of little or of no significance. Make a note of your feelings as different emotions are more often than not the strongest clues we may get relating to past lives. You may find that all the notes you have taken are relevant to your past lives and fit together to make a bigger picture at some time in the future.
You can look for such clues in your present daily life. Past lives often show up in dreams so keep a record of what you dream about. Do remember though that dreams may be to do with your present life as well as the past. Tell yourself you would be interested in learning about your past life just before you drop off to sleep at night then remember to write your dreams in your journal the next day.
